TOP 5 QUESTIONS WE HEAR FROM PATIENTS
Do you take new patients?

Yes, we take new patients. Both new emergency and general dental patients are welcomed to our practice.

 

What payment options do we offer?

We offer a variety of payment options. Medicare funded programs such as the Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) are bulk billed and have no out of pocket expenses.

We have a HICAPS machine that allows instant private health fund processing, meaning you will only be responsible for the gap payment that your fund provider does not cover.

We also have Eftpos facilities and liase with payment plan providers to help keep dental services affordable. Call and speak to our friendly team for further information.

 

Do you see adults and children?

Patients of all ages are welcome to Hughes Family Dental. Dr Hughes is a big favourite with all aged patients for her kind, empathetic and fun manner.

 

Do you offer sedation?

We can offer dental treatment under a variety of sedation forms. If dentistry is intimidating, come and have a chat with Dr Hughes regarding the options available that will help facilitate successful treatment outcomes

 

How long does it take to get an appointment?

We realise that toothache and dental issues can be extremely painful and difficult to tolerate. We try, wherever possible to get you an appointment within 48 hours of contacting our clinic.
