HFD is focused on delivering dental care that is accessible, affordable and friendly. Our dedicated team is experienced at dealing with each generation and focuses on meeting the needs of every patient.
Dr Nicole Hughes is a local fourth generation Bundaberg Dentist. Nicole graduated from Griffith University in 2012 with a Bachelor in Dental Science (2010), a Graduate Diploma in Dentistry (2012) and a variety of academic excellence awards.
She chose to return to Bundaberg in 2012 and has been practicing within the local community that she grew up in and loves ever since. Nicole not only completed her Masters in Healthcare Leadership and Management in 2021, but has also been an Associate Professor at the University of Queensland for the past 4 years, supervising final year dental students.

Dr Hughes places a special focus on listening to your needs and is very good at alleviating any concerns or fears. She is well liked by her patients right through from the youngest to the eldest and ensures dental treatment is patient-centred, understandable and easily accessible.

Olivia Rogers
Olivia Rogers is an Oral Health Therapist who completed her Bachelor of Oral Health Science in 2014 at La Trobe University, Bendigo. Olivia is originally from a rural farming area in Northwest Tasmania. Olivia strongly believes that early intervention and prevention are fundamental for quality of life, aiding her patients in living their healthiest lives and promoting wellbeing. Olivia's interpersonal skills are reflected through her ability to connect with patients of all ages, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and confident.
After seeking a sea change and wanting to broaden and further refine her clinical skills, Olivia made the move to Bundaberg in 2020 and hasn't looked back. Olivia has made Bundaberg her new home, joining a local netball club and making the most of Queensland's sunshine, exploring its natural wonders.
